Not every people that got the disease of gonorrhea show a symptom. Not showing symptom doesn;t mean that the person is not contagious. They still can spread the disease to other people. Gonorrhea is caused by the bacteria Neisseria gonorrhoeae. It can spread through sexual contact. Contact with mouth, vagina, penis, or anus during sexual contact can spread the disease. The bacteria that cause the gonorrhea grow in warm and moist areas. Therefore, it can grow inside urethra, fallopian tubes, uterus, and also cervix.
