At the beginning of the development of the disease, usually the Hashimoto's Disease is not producing any symptoms. The very first symptom that we may notice is a swelling at the front of our throat. It is regarded as a chronic disease rather than an acute disease. The Hashimoto's Disease may develop slowly over years and eventually will make in thyroid hormone levels in our blood getting low. The signs and symptoms of this disease including fatigue, constipation, pale and dry skin, puffy face, and hoarse voice. CAUSES
Hashimoto's Thyroiditis is caused by an autoimmune disease, where our body immune system attack healthy tissue. The attack of body’s immune cells on thyroid gland causing the gland become inflammed. The attack of the immune cells to the thyroid gland make the gland loosing its ability to produce hormone, eventually lead to a condition named hypothyroidism.
