Nail biting is a mental disorder. It is categorised as oral compulsive habit. Nail biting is also well known as onychophargy or onychophagia. This disorder usually happen to children. It is a disorder of the way the mouth should be used like eating, drinking, and speaking. It is considered as common disorder.
