There are four types of lactose intolerance disorder, which are primary, secondary, developmental, and congenital. Primary lactose intolerance is when the amount of lactase decline as people grow older. Secondary lactose intolerance is happen because there is a disease that attack the small intestine, like infection or celiac disease. The developmental lactose intolerance usually occur in premature baby. This condition usually can improve in short period of time.
