The common symptom of headache is pain that can be happen anywhere at our head and neck area. There are many types of headache. One of the type of headache is tension headaches. Tension headaches itself could be an episodic tension headaches or Chronic Tension Headaches. The symptom of tension headaches are Headache upon awakening, Chronic fatigue, Irritability, Disturbed concentration, and General muscle aching. Tension headache is regarded as the most common type of headache. It is caused by tight muscles whether in our shoulders, neck, scalp, or at our jaw. The tension headaches also could be related to stress, depression, and anxiety. Other type of headache is migraine headache, which can be caused by foods (chocolate, certain cheese, and MSG), caffeine, and alcohol. Another type of headache is rebound headache.
