Endometriosis is a disorder that marked by the growth or existence of substance or tissue like the one that lining the uterus found anywhere outside of the uterus. This misplace growth can be found at many place including ovaries, fallopian tubes, area between vagina and rectum, bladder, bowel, vagina, cervixm, vulva, and less commonly found in lung and arm. This unsual place of growth make the sufferer feeling very painful. Unlike the tissue that lining the uterus, when breaking down, the tissue shed and blood of doesn’t come out from the uterus. The major symptom of the sign of endometriosis is pain. The degree of the pain is not related with the severity of the endometriosis, rather than it is depend on the location of the growth. The sufferer of endometriosis will feel pain when they have menstrual period, pain during sex, pain in their pelvic, and ovulation pain. Second symptom of endometriosis is bleeding. Bleeding from endometriosis is considered as heavy bleeding. Bleeding that is longer than normal, and also bleeding before menstrual period. Things that are considered as possible cause of endometriosis are Retrograde menstruation, Genetics, spreading through blood stream or lymphatic system, immune system disorder, Environmental factors, and Metaplasia.
