Insomnia is a sleep disorder, whether it is hard to get asleep, difficulty to stay asleep, or wake up too early and not being able to get back to sleep again. People with insomnia usually will have low energy level. Insomnia can affect your mood, your overall health, work performance, and also quality of life. CAUSES


The symptoms of insomnia sometimes can be the same as the symptoms of many other mental health or medical conditions. Insomnia can be caused by many things, especially things that related with mind health condition. Insomnia can begin with stress and get worse if the stress become a depression. Other things that may cause insomnia including alcohol or drug consumption, and also poor sleeping environment.
