Down syndrome is a syndrome that make a person having physical appearance such low muscle tone, small stature, upward slant of the eyes, and deep crease at the palm. Although may have the same symptom, but there are differences between person with down syndrome. They have different problem related with the intellectual and developmental. The problem can be light to moderate range. The obvious sign of people with down syndrome is their physical appearance. As explained above, the down syndrome is connected with something wrong with chromosomes. It is chromosome number 21 that play the role. The extra copy of this chromosome will make the baby get a down syndrome. Regarding this syndrome, it is the most common genetic disorder in the US, that is about 1 in 700 newborn baby get this syndrome.
