The symptom of dyslexia is depend on the age of the people that have this disorder. Symptom of children at school age is different with the symptom of before school age children. The symptom of dyslexia will be clearly notice when a child entering the school age, because it is at that time they will be required to learn the read and write. Sign and symptom of the children at school age are Reading skill is well below the expected level. Children at before entering school age will show sign and symptom like late talking, Learning new words slowly, and Difficulty learning nursery rhymes. It is not only chldren that will show the symptom of dyslexia. It is not so clear what is the cause of dyslexia. It is said that dyslexia often runs in families. So it is most probable that dyslexia is caused by mainly genetic factors. Other possible cause of dyslexia would be a brain injury, stroke, or other type of trauma.
