Panic attacks is a sudden episode of intense fear. The peak of fearness usually come within minutes. This episode of fear usually lasting for 30 minutes. This disorder actually is not a dangerous disorder. Treatment for panic attack should be directed to the underlying cause. Symptoms of panic attack are palpitations, sweating, shaking, shortness of breath, numbness, feeling something bad will happen. CAUSES


Panic attacks can be caused by many things including certain medications, depression, drug consumption habit, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, post traumatic disorder, etc. The episode of panic attack can happen suddenly or triggered by something.
